(NON NOVA SED NOVE) A.K.A. OLD THINGS, NEW WAYS

I think the best part of putting a project together, is establishing the ideology behind said project. So, this started with me discovering the great, Prefab Sprout. I've toying with the idea of flipping discographies (really hard idea.. but very possible) but, I could never really see it all the way thru. Though, I played with a few other ideas, nothing felt like the idea for this initial project when I heard Prefab (really listen to their discography).. They gave me so much to work with, so this tape is like 80% Prefab Sprout samples from 12 inch/7 Inch singles to live recordings I could find. So, this was a treat for me at least.

Besides that, I've made 500+ beats since the month of July when I got off the WIKI EU TOUR. So, letting off some of those tracks seem like a good idea too. and, here we are...

Just a little background. I'll save the rest for another day. No more beat tapes til I release this next project * EF
